List your Core Competencies (9-10 total skills, Soft Skills and Hard Skills)
Minimize the number of pages
For students, a one (1) pager resume which includes nine (9) classes, a few achievements you received, and clubs you are a part of
For experienced candidates, a two (2) pager resume will suffice
Capturing the manager's Interest with a designed resume is okay but the content matters more
Teamwork Makes The Dream Work
It is good to associate yourself with people who share your goals and collaborate with them, this will result in fruitful cooperation and the possibility of meeting or exceeding your goals. Given that everyone's job is different from one another, it's difficult to work as a team when everyone's role is so different from one another. However, once tasks are delegated properly and teamwork is established, those differences don’t mean anymore, leaving only the results.
