  • We gather information from candidates to ensure smooth communication through out the hiring process and gauge whether the candidate meets our basic qualifying questions.

  • Once we receive applications, we send an online assessment to evaluate aptitude, motivation, personality, behavior, and intelligence.

  • Candidates who pass the assessment will be asked to take our language proficiency assessment to ensure verbal and written communication efficiency.

    After passing the language assessment, we thoroughly review each candidate’s resume to look for red flags and make sure they have the necessary experience required for the position. We select the most qualified candidates for initial screenings.

  • During this stage, we assess the candidate's communication skills, relevant experience, and overall fit for the position.

  • Those who pass the initial screening are then invited for a skillset interview where we evaluate their technical skills and problem-solving abilities. We also often have candidates complete an assessment or assignment relevant to the position to better understand their abilities.

  • If the candidate impresses us during the skills interview, we proceed with the final interview to assess cultural fit. We assess whether a candidate's values and behaviors align with our company's culture to ensure higher employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
