Understanding Our Policies
Smart VAs Service Policy provide guidance on what types of services/products we do not accept. When a client books a consultation with Smart VAs, each client's projects are reviewed against these policies and in our sole discretion we may not accept your project. We humbly ask that you respect our decision as final.
The Review Process
Before we assign a virtual assistant for your project, we make sure that you meet our Service Policy by reviewing the industry that you are categorized in and the nature of tasks that you want your virtual assistant to deliver for your company. Projects are normally reviewed within 24 - 48 hours from your initial consultation with Smart VAs. During the review process, we'll check your website and social media content including but not limited to images, text, targeting, brand positioning, mission and vision of your company. Your project may not be approved if the products/services of your company is listed as one of the services/products that we do not accept.
After your project is reviewed, you'll receive a notification letting you know whether we can proceed with your project.
If your project isn't approved, we'll let you know by email with no explanation required on our part.
LIST OF SERVICES WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
Adult Products or Services
Your company products or services must not promote the sale or use of adult products or services.
Adult Content
Your company products or services must not contain adult content. Including nudity, depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative.
Sensational Content
Your company products or services must not contain scandalous, horrifying, sensational, inflammatory or excessively violent content.
Cheating and Deceitful Practices
Your company products or services may not promote products or services that allow a user to take part in in cheating or deceitful practices.
Illegal Products or Services
Your company products or services must not constitute, facilitate, or promote illegal and or unsafe products, services or activities.
Discriminatory Practices
Your company products or services must not discriminate or encourage discrimination against people based on personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, medical or genetic condition.
Tobacco and Related Products
Your company products or services must not promote the sale or use of tobacco products and related apparatus.
Drugs & Drug-Related Products
Your company products or services must not promote the sale or use of illegal, prescription, or recreational drugs.
Weapons, Ammunition, or Explosives
Your company products or services must not promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
Unacceptable Business Practices
Your company must not promote products, services, schemes or offers using deceptive or misleading practices, including those meant to scam people out of money or personal information.
Sale of Body Parts
Your company products or services must not promote the sale of human body parts or fluids.
Online/Onsite Gambling
Your company products or services must not promote gambling where anything of monetary value is required to play.
Social Issues, Elections or Politics
Your company products or services must not promote social issues, elections or politics.
Cryptocurrency Products and Services
Your company products or services must not promote cryptocurrency trading or related products and services.
Pyramid Schemes
Your company products or services must not promote income opportunities that fully describe the associated product or business model, and must not promote business models offering quick compensation for little investment, including some multilevel marketing opportunities.
Penny Auctions
Your company products or services may not promote penny auctions, bidding fee auctions, or other similar business models.
