Why would I need a Virtual Assistant?

SMART VAs understands that as a business owner, you try to manage everything to the best of your ability. We also know that you’d always reach the point where you’ll feel overwhelmed. You no longer have time for yourself, for your family, and your friends. This is where we come in. What hours do our Assistants work?

How do I monitor my SMART VAs work?

Your VA will be required to send you a daily work report where he/she will list all the tasks that he/she worked on each day including issues encountered if any. We encourage you to trust in your VA by measuring performance rather than a time tracking tool unless otherwise specified.

What about confidential business information?

All VAs signs a confidentiality agreement, wherein they are not permitted to share or discuss work- related details to people other than their client and work team.

How long does it take to get started?

You’ll meet your new Virtual Assistant in 5-7 days upon discussion with our Account Manager.

How much work can I send?

The work you’ll be sending would depend on the VA package you’ll get. You will receive a weekly time report where you’d be able to see how many hours are left for you to consume. If you’d go beyond the agreed hours, an additional fee per hour will be charged.

Will multiple Smart VAs help me, or just one person?

We know how it feels to run a continuously growing business that’s why we want to support you in your growth by giving access to our entire team members with different skill sets so you can have the flexibility to assign different tasks based on your current needs. You’ll have one SMART VA handle the majority of your tasks but more team members will be added for specialized tasks.

What happens if there is a work interruption?

In case of work interruptions such as power outages, internet issues or family emergencies, your VA is instructed to send immediate notice to you and our Management Team. If your VA was working on an urgent task for you, we will find you a fast replacement to get the work done.

How does the pricing work?

Choose from our 3 packages based on the number of hours you need. Your VA will proactively make sure they’re helping in additional areas to make sure they’re maximizing those hours. Hours do not roll over, but you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

What if I am not happy with my VA?

If for any reason, you are not happy with your VA, we will find you a more suitable VA based on your feedback.

What is the scope of work of my Virtual Assistant?

SMART VAs caters to different requirements. Once we identify what you’ll need done, we will assign the best VA who can expertly assist you with your unique needs. Note that the scope of support does not include purchasing something online using your credit card info and anything that involves gambling or adult entertainment.

What Project Management Tool will my SMART VA use?

SMART VAs’ key project management tool is Teamwork. We will create Teamwork projects for you, as well as show you how to use the tool free of charge. If you have your own preferred alternative, we are more than happy to use the Project Management Tool of your choice, however, this will be at your own cost.

Are my log-ins secured with SMART VAs?

Definitely! We do not share your information to anyone outside the company. Should you decide to share log-in details, credit card information and other personal or business information, SMART VAs will not be liable for any loss or issues that may arise from the misuse of such information.

Is there a minimum commitment with my SMART VA?

Yes, there is. Once you have selected your VA, there is a minimum 3-month contract. Just like a probation period that you may find in the workplace, from our experience it requires at least 3 months of on-boarding and training to properly integrate a VA into your company.

How do I cancel my package?

Should you decide to cancel your services, we require 30 days written notice. However, if for any reason you decide to cancel your services during your initial 3-month commitment, the balance of the 3 months must be paid to us in full.
