How You Can Have Consistent £10K Months With The Help of Virtual Assistants | EP 103

Outsource what you're not passionate about and the afters or the effects of outsourcing what you're not passionate about allows you to have more space to think top-level in your business.”

Lynsey Cowan, the founder of Elite VA, joins us on episode 103 of Master Delegator to share how she was able to make £10k a month consistently with the help of virtual assistants. Follow along as she explains how and what outsourcing to virtual assistants can do for your business.

How You Can Have Consistent £10K months

1. Have a correct mindset

Having the right mindset is one of the most important steps you can take to get where you want to be in your professional or personal life.  It's all about maintaining a growth mentality at all times.

2. Get a coach

After you've established the proper mindset, the next step you'll most likely need to take is to have a coach to provide you with the support you need. Coaches can help you focus even more on your goals.

Focus on what you’re passionate about and outsource what you’re not passionate about

In life, it's important to allow yourself to have ultimate freedom or flexibility; you should only focus on what you are passionate about and outsource the rest. Doing so will save you time and keep you from wasting your energy on things that will not help you grow as a person or your business. Remember, that you need to create space in your life to be able to think clearly.

3. Self-belief

Another important element is to believe in yourself, to feel that you are skilled and worthy of what you have as of now and stay away from the naysayers because there's always a lot out there, but not all of them can do what you can do. Don't focus on what everyone else is doing, believe in your gifts.

4. Outsourcing to Virtual Assistants

Many people are hesitant to outsource because of their budget, and this particular issue prevents business owners from doing so. Lynsey believes that if someone claims they don't have the budget, they will convince themselves that they don't and to avoid thinking about it, "jump into outsourcing before you even have the budget," as Lynsey puts it. What matters is that you stop wasting money on things that don't generate income. And as previously stated, VAs are experts in specific fields, so when you consider what you may potentially outsource to them, you're basically spending less labor cost because they can accomplish the task more efficiently and quickly than you can.

5. VA’s Can Do Anything That’s Business-Focused

Virtual Assistants can help you with everything from content creation to SOPs, podcasts, newsletters, branding, modules, and blogs, as well as creating an online presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and communicating with your target audiences to build relationships. Virtual Assistants have an almost endless list of things they can do for your business, but it all depends on how well and clearly you delegate to them. They must understand what your brand is, who your target audience is, what your specialty is, and what you're promoting. Another thing to consider is hiring a VA who meets your requirements.
