Danielle Gray grew up with a learning disability but that did not stop her from pursuing her personal and professional goals.

“You can do anything that you want, and you’re no different from other kids.”

These are the lines Danielle’s mother told her which helped her become an award-winning children's book illustrator for Princess Lydia and the Fire Breathing Dragon.

In this episode, Danielle shares how she was able to deal with her personal struggle as a child and how her relationship with her mother helped her get through different challenges and inspired her to believe that she can do everything she wants in life.

Despite having a learning disability, her mother never treated her like she has one. She believed in her daughter and stayed positive that she can do everything she wants.

Their Stories Are Our Stories

As an author, Danielle always makes sure that she writes to connect with her readers and audiences. Creating connection points means taking the problems out of the equation and turning them into a teaching lesson for them.  This has Danielle become an award-winning author.

Be Done By The Right People

"We couldn't do what we could do, we couldn't sell what we could sell if it wasn’t because of those people." This is how Danielle views delegation. But to do so, it's important to delegate what you need to the right people. Delegate the right tasks to the right people in order to make the business and delegation function better, more professionally, and efficiently.
