Why It Took Me a While to Call Myself the CEO of My Virtual Assistant Company | Ep 74

In today’s episode, Kristy Yoder talks about her journey as well as the personal struggles that she was able to conquer.

The Pressure Of Being The CEO

The position of CEO undermines Kristy’s confidence because she is forced to compare herself to other well-known CEOs such as Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Elon Musk. Knowing that she comes from a 3rd world country, she began to doubt herself and became fearful of the opinions of those around her causing her to stop calling herself the CEO of her own company.

The Title of CEO

Being the CEO does not inherently imply that you must earn six or seven figures a month; rather, being the CEO means that you are the one in charge of the company’s way to success; it is your “Yes and No” that matters.
