H.R Recruiter Specialists
Responsibilities
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Design collaterals to promote job openings & updating job ads
Advertise job openings internally as well as on the company’s careers page, social media platforms, and job boards
Conduct background checks
Attract, hire and retain the most qualified team members
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute personal and professional assessments of applicants
Shortlist qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer questions about compensation and benefits
Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify future hiring needs
Lead onboarding and training of new hires
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys, keeping the strategy up to date
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and provide a resolution
Provide insights and strategies on how to improve recruitment process
Other tasks assigned as needed by the business owner and operations manager
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Strong english verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
Team Player
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus
