H.R Recruiter Specialists

Responsibilities


  • Source potential candidates from various online channels

  • Design collaterals to promote job openings & updating job ads

  • Advertise job openings internally as well as on the company’s careers page, social media platforms, and job boards 

  • Conduct background checks

  • Attract, hire and retain the most qualified team members

  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms

  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

  • Prepare and distribute personal and professional assessments of applicants

  • Shortlist qualified candidates to hiring managers

  • Send job offer emails and answer questions about compensation and benefits

  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify future hiring needs

  • Lead onboarding and training of new hires

  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities

  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys, keeping the strategy up to date

  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and provide a resolution

  • Provide insights and strategies on how to improve recruitment process

  • Other tasks assigned as needed by the business owner and operations manager

 

Qualifications


  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

  • Experience with sourcing techniques

  • Understanding of referral programs

  • Strong english verbal and written communication skills

  • Sound judgement

  • Team Player

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus
