Time Management Tips:
Acknowledge that you have a busy life
Acknowledge that you need help and you cannot do everything
Analyze your day
Document everything you do during the day.
Wake up as early as possible
Use Apps as a reminder of your tasks
Watch inspirational videos, read books and listen to podcasts.
Fill in your desire, Satisfy your Hunger.
Make A Not-To-Do List
A not-to-do list can help you stay focus on your life and work. Making it helps you determine what works for you, what matches your energy, and what does not.
Simply said, a list of things you should never do, no matter what the circumstances are. You may consciously delete or prevent those listed from being a part of your to-do list, delegate, outsource, or just say no whenever you try to make them a part of your to-do list.
Be More Productive, Not Busy
Being busy entails working harder which takes a lot of your time, but being productive is prioritizing your tasks and making the most of your time.
