Ep 68 - What It Takes To Become a Serial Entrepreneur With Tyler Mose

What It Takes To Become a Serial Entrepreneur

What exactly is a Serial Entrepreneur and what does it take to become one?

Tyler Mose, CEO & Founder of E3M will answer those questions for us as he shares his journey and strategies toward having a consistent and successful business.

On Being A Serial Entrepreneur

Tyler, who has created 7 businesses, 4 of which are still in operation, is a serial entrepreneur who experienced the ups and downs of entrepreneurship and has worked in different departments such as recruiting, marketing, sales, and operations.

As opposed to a Typical Entrepreneur who often comes up with a single idea, a Serial Entrepreneur always comes up with new ideas and starts new companies. Being a Serial Entrepreneur requires a lot of time, effort, and passion to succeed.

Investing Your Time

Learn to delegate tasks to people who are better at performing them rather than trying to do everything by yourself. Delegating tasks can free up some of your time that you can allocate elsewhere, may it be personal or business. Time well spent and allocated is healthy for you and your business in the long run.
