Many entrepreneurs think that bringing a Virtual Assistant means having them do their company's strategy or business-oriented processes. They don't realize that the Virtual Assistant's job is to represent all of their ideas as the business owner and leader. Since everything your VA does is merely the behind-the-scenes work for your business, it is your responsibility as their leader to support them and ensure they can succeed. To do this, you should communicate your company's needs and wants, teach them your procedures, and give them feedback.
