Prior planning prevents poor performance and sales calls are no different.

Here are some tips that will help you close out that client call.

1. Use Calendly

Calendly is a modern scheduling platform that makes it simple to "find the time." When connecting is easy, your teams can accomplish more. This tool will also assist you in connecting with people who are relevant to your business and weeding out those who are not. It also sends a text message as a reminder whenever you have a call and is integrated with Zoom.

2. Record Calls

This will help you in learning and recalling everything from various clients for quality control. It will also serve as a backup list of everything you and your client discussed in case of misunderstandings.

3. Go to the toilet

Although it may sound funny,  it is important to go to the toilet before going to a call because it may take an hour or two, and it will save you from having to go to the toilet in the middle of your call unprofessionally.

4. Drink Water

Now this is self-explanatory. Remember to do it Always.

5. Have a Framework

Have some good questions, and notes prepared every time you do a call.

6. Have your payment link ready

Remember that they are on the phone with you for a reason, and it is important that you provide them with the immediate assistance that they require, so be sure to prepare payment right away after the call.
